SATELLITE CRASH ALERT
-----------------------
A four-ton satellite was hurtling towards earth a few months ago - and
experts didn't know where it would land.
Space debris normally burns up as it descends, but the craft is so
big it probably survived.
It split in two and the odds were that both sections would crash into
the Atlantic or Pacific.
The largest piece, the size of a car, should land safely in the sea.
The Chinese satellite, with a diamond-encrusted Chairman Mao medal on
board, went out of control ten days after launch.
Sorry about the split paragraphs, but I copied this article from a
newspaper. Rumours are that the satellite went out of control as it
hit an Irish submarine. Ha-ha !!! Oh yes, and I'm not going to admit
that the whole reason for typing that out was just to crack a feable
joke like that. Oh no....
Wah piffle....
